Bespoke orders

 

Deposits, Payments & Refunds

On All bespoke work we require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee this will cover the cost of the materials. Please note in the event of a cancelation this is non refundable.

Final payment is required before postage.

As photos will have been supplied throughout the making process you will need to provide confirmation that you are happy with the product prior to postage.

Please note there is no money back offered on costumes ordered or purchased where the fitting service has not been used, as it is deemed that the customer has used their own judgment in making their purchase.

If there is a construction issue that occurs due to a manufacturing defect and not due to wear and tear we will be happy to fix the item however the customer will be responsible for the postage cost.

Please note that no refunds are offered on a bespoke item.

Off the Peg costumes

Payments & Refunds

Customers purchasing a habit online have a 14 day right of cancelation. During this period we do offer a refund as long as the item is returned in an unworn condition and has not been on a horse.

When purchasing an off the peg item payment is expected in full. no split payment option is given.

Please note if paying via PayPal there are additional fees that will be added to the total cost.
